3. User-Generated Listings & No Verification
All listings, descriptions, pricing, availability information, and communications are created and posted by third-party users.

- Does not review regulatory compliance

5. Transactions & Payments

- Does not process payments
- Does not hold funds
- Does not provide escrow or closing services
- Does not guarantee successful completion of any transaction
All transaction terms, payments, transfers, and regulatory filings are handled independently by Buyers and Sellers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquor License Marketplace shall not be liable for any:

- Regulatory denials or delays
- Failed or voided transfers
- Business interruption
- Lost profits or opportunities
- Disputes between users
- Reliance on user-generated content
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.
